We acknowledge the responsibility of people for the social transformation. The prosperity of the community is the need of each element of the community and we are responsible towards the social transformation with the optimal use of resources that are available in our surroundings. We see the needy people with the eye of justice and make every eye to do so and enhance them in raising their living standard by making them an active participants in this journey. We give more priority to the people who are marginalized, oppressed and vulnerable.

We value everyone because we believe that everyone is created equally. We believe that the development of the community is impossible with the regardless of men and women (With different capacities) in the community. We have different functional responsibilities according to our ability for our community development. We totally discourage the bias among the people on gender, capacities, cast, religion, economic status and other social unfair practices. We discourage the injustice and imbalance in community to bring impact at local, national and international levels.
